The numbers of the rare lesser black backed gulls are declining on Flatholm island… is this why we are seeing more of them in Cardiff city? Are they exploiting the food opportunities created by our lack of recycling and lack of care for our environment? Like the lighthouse light beam, are these seagulls… a warning to tell us that we need to take care of our environments and how we need to change our ways to ensure the future our island, wildlife and ourselves?
